Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Footwear and accessories are not covered under this policy; only T-Shirts & Tops, Skirts, and Pants & Trousers are eligible.
  • Sale items or final sale products are non-refundable unless defective.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Products damaged due to improper use or wear

How to Initiate a Refund

To start a refund request, please follow these steps:

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
