1. User Agreement
By accessing or using the WierGable website (the "Site") and purchasing products, including T-Shirts & Tops, Skirts, and Pants & Trousers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Site or place any orders. WierGable reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. WierGable may, at its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.
2. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WierGable, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
WierGable does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except as expressly stated in our refund policy. You assume all risk for any damage to your device or data resulting from use of the Site.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, software, and the "WierGable" brand name, is the exclusive property of WierGable or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from WierGable.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 4. Refund Policy
WierGable is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Products that are damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or improper care are not eligible.
- Process: To initiate a refund, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchanges: Exchanges for a different size or color are subject to availability. We will ship the replacement item after receiving the returned product. If the desired item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
